Product and service were great but a service was added that was not on original quote. An elderly family member who took the car in thought this was part of the scheduled service. Wish they would check with owner.

My first Lex Brodie experience was not the greatest. I came to the Aiea location for an oil change. Due to an understandable mistake by the mechanic, a simple oil change turned into a huge job that would've cost a couple grand, but also sent a mechanic to the hospital. Rating my review of this incident 3 stars due to the inconvenience of having to leave my car there for four days. However, Lei assisted me with my concerns and she was nothing but kind, patient, and helpful! And I'm thankful that all charges and fees I should've paid were waived.

Went here to get my safety inspection, well the staffs are awesome and friendly, service was great! My former co-worker Chelsea and the other girl i forgot her name are very friendly. The guy who did the inspection was cool too given the fact that he had to redo the sticker coz he never see the bracket next to the license plate. 5 stars for Lex Brodie's!!!

The employees take pride in their work. All I needed was a simple patch job on a Camaro ZL1 and they took me right in and did the job right taking a lot of care not to damage my car or my rims. I would highly recommend this place above all others in Kaneohe. Friendliest business I have been to in a long time. You won't find that at giant chain stores, believe me.

You guys are amazing. You took me without an appointment after Costco would not sell me regular tires (my run flats under warranty were not in stock). Brooke Tubania fit me in and found tires at a great price and turned the car around really quickly. Thank you to Brooke and to Lex Brodie's!
