If needing a TUNE UP ask what a tune up consist of. It is not like the old days where they Changed Plugs, Set Timing, etc. Stood there most of the morning waiting , then he tells me they are waiting for a Technician to diagnose the problem. I found out later after waiting a day and half. Manny B.

I have been a Lex Brodie.s customer for over 40 years and have all of my family vehicles serviced (tires primarily) at the Pearlridge location. However this needs to change. Yesterday I stopped by that store mid-afternoon to have my tires rotated. My wait time was about 1.5 hours and when they were done with the work, they called the wrong telephone number again to notify me. I have on at least 3 previous occasions attempted to delete an incorrect number from your computer records, still this happens each time I visit the store followed by an apology and a promise to change it. This store is not doing well. Besides the horrible access issues with nearby road construction, parking is congested and the quality of the work (failure to correct tire imbalances) and service (long wait times) has deteriorated in recent years. You can do better, you have in the past.

Service rep was courteous, friendly, and considerate. We never felt that she was rushing us.

This was my first visit to Lex. I was very happy with the service provided and the speed in which my safety inspection was completed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aloha!
