Been going to Lex Brodie's since Lex was on TV personally saying "Thank You Very Much ! " Great professional service. Helpful and friendly staff. Good deals on tires and other services. Can't go wrong with Lex Brodies. 5 STARS !

eddie the assistant manager is super nice and very friendly. the pricing here is very high. I would only recommend this place if you cant do the job yourself. they charge a very high price for a diagnostics test, about 150$ then once the issue is found, they charge very high for the service. I needed a new distributor assembly on my 03 xterra, the part ,new, costs 250$ it took me about 20 minutes to take the old one out and put the new one in. Im not a mechanic. they wanted to charge me about 700$ to do it. sorry to say but they have lost my business.

I feel that its worth waiting as the service I receive is terrific. The service writer, Jim B. is tops and I like his friendly attitude and great service.

The entire experience was disappointing. upon my arrival the greeter seemed overwhelmed and ignored me for several minutes. I had an appointment but upon my arrival they didn't have any record of it. I had ordered tires which were to be sent from another center but were not there. I was then forced into buying a new more expensive set of tires. I was told it would take 2 -2 and 1/2 hours but it took 3 and 1/2 hours. I recommend avoiding the place especially on Saturday.
