Great service

Can't say enough good things about this shop. Went in with 2 vehicles that needed work. Got one back same day. They kept my truck for 2 days but called me and said they needed one more day. They got me a rental car set up at their expense so I could get to work the next day. Freddie was so helpful with everything. Kept us informed with everything that was going on. If you guys need work, ask for Freddie and know you'll get exceptional service. Thank you to the team for getting my baby back up and running!

After they rotated my tires my car started shaking when I step on the brakes at around 50 Mphs. I just had my front alignment done there when I purchased 2 new tires

After giving up on Lex Brodie's on the Big Island, I was curious and hesitant to check out the Aiea store but I needed tires and breaks. They had on-line coupons so I thought I would go and check out the store. First, I learned that the Oahu stores are not associated with outer island stores (the outer island stores must be franchised). The Kalihi store didn't have the Uniroyal tires I wanted but the Aiea store did. I was referred by a pleasant Associate at the Kalihi store to Freddy the Manager at Pearlridge and he was waiting for me to arrive for new tires. He gave me an honest estimate and "recommended" other services but gave "me the choice" without any pressuring or scare tactics that I had received down the block at Firestone. I had my tires on with minimal wait and after reviewing his recommendations (and the coupon I had), I decided to bring my truck back in for brakes. I told him I had new rear and he said fine but he would have his technicians check out the front and back. Freddy called me back and gave me the scoop AND gave me the choice of what I wanted to do. So, I now have new brakes without any hassles for other services that you get from other auto repair places. Thanks Lex Brodie's and Freddy. I'll be back...!!! p.s..... Delsi's moved on to corporate but Kyle is still around and still giving excellent deals! Tires, that' what they are named for. Why would you deal with anyone else. I checked around first of course, but over all, they had the best service and tire options, so I went with them. Plus they already have my trust, so it was an easy decision. Went and got that massage at the mall, had lunch and came back to new tires!

Workers are playful. I had to wait 2 hrs for a tire rotation even with a appt. It didn't appear to me that they were busy because I saw unattended cars on the rack. This same experience happened again in the past where I had to wait 4 hrs for an oil change and front alignment. There's only a handful of workers in WAIPAHU Lex Brodie who present themselves as professionals and proficient with their job. How would you like driving your SUV in the freeway only to discover that the lug nuts in one of the tire were not tightened properly? It was making funny noise! It happened to me so I had to go back to have it corrected. Luckily I didn't get into an accident.

Timely and great service

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable I took my car in for a brake estimate, they came back with a $1300 estimate. Wow that's to much for brakes. I went to Midas and got my brakes done for $680. Granted I could have elected to go with no brake flush and no forever warranty and that would have knocked off a few hundred. Please have Staff be more upfront about options rather than quoting the highest price first, some customers may not ask questions and get sold stuff that's not necessary
