I've been here several times now and always had decent service until my most recent visit - they were awesome!! I had some time open up and wanted to get new tires same day. I called and Blossom was great - super patient as I wasn't prepared and had to go look up the size. She checked to make sure they had some available and told me the bring my car right in. When I got there we realized what they had in stock didn't come with a warranty so Leimomi found some for me at their Kaneohe location. I figured I'd have to bring my car back in another day but they said they could still get them and have them done same day. She also called me (I dropped my car off and didn't wait) with an update which was helpful in planning when to go back for my car. Lastly I was super pleased that they were totally cool about trying both discounts they had going to see which one would save me the most. Definitely my best experience there and l'll be back for sure!!

Okay, I failed safety for two bad tires... I'm thinking (sarcastically) fortunately for me they sell tires... The service representative showed me the bad places on my shiny clean tires and I almost got sick... Wires were showing, I could have died in a preventable accident. Yes I bought two new tires and thanked the man who failed my tires and saved me from an accident. Thank you Lex Brodie's. Don Lockwood

The idiots who take quotes on the phone need to be trained on tire sizes. I will never ever come here.

Got a flat tire on Saturday night. In speaking to the associate at Lex Brody I was informed that Lex Brody does not stock 225/40 R19 run flat tires. They carry the same size but not in a run flat. Lex Informed me that if I bought the tire Lex carried I would need to buy all four tires because Lex Brody has a policy that would prevent them from only installing one non run flat tire on a car with three unlike tires. Because I'm smarter than the average monkey wrench I realized I was talking to a grease monkey who really doesn't know his tires. Run flat tires are required on cars that don't supply a spare. If you have a flat tire, the run flat allows you to drive to a place of refuge to have your tire replaced. I honestly believe it is a liability for a shop to install a non-run flat on a car that requires them. Either this grease monkey was just trying to hose me for $1500 in tires or he's hoping he's the tow truck driver the next time my wife gets a flat. Either way I'm not pleased. To make matters worse the guy never offers to order me the appropriate replacement, just simply says we done have it, I can sell you 4 tires or nothing. I order the tire off tire rack, had them shipped. Tire shipped to Hawaii in 3 days flat! I apparently hadn't learned my lesson because when the tire showed up I decided to call Lex Brody to see if Lex would be kind enough to install my tire. . After 10 minutes of capturing my personal information Lex asked for the tire dimensions, 225/40 R19 run flat. Yes the one you don't stock and we're not willing to order for me. It's a run flat? Lex questioned. Yes I replied... Ok, do you want that balanced as well? I'm trying to contain myself...while thinking "no I want to wear out the tread, ruin my wheel bearings, blow it out again in 500 miles!" Reply yes I would like it balanced as well, in the calmest voice I can manage. Ok Lex replies that gonna be $117 with the taxes. When would you like to come in?I ask Lex to explain how on earth could it be so much to put on a tire? Lex replies, well the run flat tires cost a bit more to install at $60 and another $35 to balance it and then the taxes bring it up to $117. Knowing that I've just been screwed by the grease monkey rule book for haoles, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Goodyear on Waialae Ave replaced my tire for me for $40, 20 minutes in and out. No BS no upswell, just good people offering a needed service. Thank you Lex Brody for forcing me to patronize a quality business down the street from you.

I brought my car in for a suspension check since there were noises coming from the right front and underbody. 2 struts were replaced and alignment made but there is still noises (creaking) coming from the underbody. Not happy with the troubleshooting.

I had a 9:00am safety check appointment (Tuesday May 24, 2016) and my car was not completed till past 11:00pm. 2-hours to have my auto inspected? Probably longer if I had not complained why make an appointment only to have me sit and wait for 2+ hours! When I dropped my car off, I asked how long will it take and was told about an hour. I waited and waited in your waiting room and no one had the courtesy to inform me of any delays. I will likely go across the street to Sears and have my next safety inspection done.

I made an appointment, I came early, and yet I had to wait almost 2 hours for my safety check to be done..2 hours for a safety check!! Ridiculous ....what was the point of scheduling the 30 minute appointment if they saw other people's cars during and before mine?? And to top it off, they didn't pass me. When I got there I gave them my Texas registration and told them I need this safety check before I can register my car at the dmv. The mechanic said "oh it's fine I don't need to see your Texas papers." After the 2 hours of waiting I was late for my next errand so I drove off and later realized they didn't pass me. Called them back and was put on hold several times and waited 15 minutes. Hung up and kept calling them until someone would finally speak to me. Some rude lady answered and told me to schedule another appointment and they can redo my safety. Uhhhh so I have to wait to get the issue resolved and possibly waste another 2 hours while I'm there? No thanks. Bottom line: don't bother coming here. BBB gives them an A+ rating? They probably paid for that rating. Definitely didn't receive A+ service that's for sure.

The service was quick, friendly, and reasonable. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and pleasant attitude of the employees. I would definitely recommend Lex Brodie's - Kaneohe to my family and friends. Great job, everyone. :-)
