What a way to start a day! Went outside, my vehicle had been broken into and the ignition was punched. The battery had died as a result. So we headed off to Lex Brodie's to get my "jumped" battery checked or replaced. Late afternoon, saturday... what could be worse? No problem. Greeted very quickly and greeted with a smile. We were assigned to James ( Jim) who promptly checked to see what he could do for us. A replacement battery was located, in stock! We waited in the Waiting Room, expecting a long delay since they were busy. Before you knew it, we were called and my truck was all done and they were even able to accommodate a Safety Check. A special Thanks to Jim for Excellent Customer Service!

I was totally satisfied with the service I received on May 4, 2106 by Maile who provided the best customer service while keeping me informed on the status of my tire repair. Their coffee in the waiting lounge tasted awesome and the TV is great to have available to watch too! I must say that I have become a regular customer at this location even if it is far away from where I live only because the customer service is always consistent. Everyone seems like one big Ohana. Big Mahalo to all!

Awesome staff, atmosphere and of course location. Still easy to find despite the rail construction. Hope with the Rail transportation, it doesn't affect Lex Bodie's business. I don't think I will ever find the need to use the rail. If I can't use my car then I will catch the bus and support our bus drivers. Anyway, everyone have a great day. Mahalo for the opportunity.
