Thank Lex Brodies for taking my Nissan Frontier on a Saturday morning. By 9am, you already had a full schedule, yet you allowed me to drop it off and by the end of the day, the brake light glitch was fixed and an oil change was complete. Great service, relayed phone messages and overall would go back again.

I have been there twice in the last few weeks and the service was brilliant. For those of you who said they couldn't get an appointment, I just went on line and was able to get an appointment the next day, so not sure what they are talking about. Everyone who was there, was so friendly. You are taken care of immediately, the service is super friendly and efficient. Sione 'Cooper' was great and the young lady who didn't have a name badge but who singed me in and out was great too. Thanks Lex Brodie, I have found my go to garage :)

I had a great experience with Lex Broadies in Waipahu! They renewed my faith in Lex Broadies. I had scheduled an appointment about a month ago with the Kalihi store for oil change and purchase two tires. I let them know I would be waiting and needed to be out by 12:00 (3 1/2 hours) my appointment was at 830. After I had waited three hours and never being approached once to be updated I went to the front to check the status. I was told that they hadn't even touched my vehicle! I was appalled that they didn't even come check with me after an hour to let me know that a rack wasn't available to do both services (this is what I was told ) and if I would like to continue to wait or reschedule. I ended up going to Jiffy lube for the oil change which was done in 30 minutes with no appointment! I went to Costco to get my tires but they didn't have an opening until mid march. Reluctantly, I called the Waipahu store and was able to get an appointment within two days. I showed up and was greeted immediately and had wonderful customer service from start to finish! Much friendlier staff then the Kalihi branch! I have used the Kalihi branch several times prior as I work for AAA and I could drop my vehicle and then go to work and they would call when I was done. For a customer who must wait it is the worse experience at Kalihi store. The ironic thing is while I was waiting a gentleman was waiting and I had just told him how wonderful you were and that I had never had a problem and then he saw what happened to me! I didnt know what to say to him after the lack of service I was just provided. Needless to say I will never refer the Kalihi store but will highly recommend the Waioahu Locstion! The Waipahu staff needs to train the Kalihi Locstion staff on customer service. They were outstanding from the time they answered the phone to the time I walked out the door to my vehicle! Kudos to the Waipahu team! They are the best! They earned all of my future business for my 3 vehicles and every referral I can give them!
