I like to say how I'm a satisfy customer with the service today. Everyone friendly and attentive to customers. Came in just to check to see if my alignment or front tires was causing the pulling to right-side. They could of made money out of me, but they were honest, they just alternate my 2 front tires and it fixed the problem. Thanks kalihi lex brodies. I was told nothing but great things about Lex Brodies Tires so I decided to take my car in there for new tires. So far I haven't had the best experience. The first time I went I got all 4 tires done, I had asked to check the breaks and the shocks as well as replacing the lightbulb on my brake light. I received a call later saying my car was ready, and when I asked them how the shocks were and if they replaced the light bulb they had no idea what I was even talking about. When I went to pick up my car, they informed me about my shocks, didn't mention the brake light but I figured they had done it and I was happy with my new tires... A couple weeks later I got pulled over for having a break light out.... I called later to let them know I was upset that it was never taken care like I had asked and they said to come on by anytime as long as it was before 4 and they would take a look, and that it shouldn't take too long. I took my car in to get the break light fixed as well as check the light bulbs on both head lights. It took 2.5 hours to fix it which was disappointing because I was told it wouldn't take too long. I called to find out what was going on and If I could pick up my car soon and I got transferred to someone who wasn't even working with my car and he was very confused why his name was listed as if he was supposed to be the sales person for my car. Then I was getting calls from 3 different people with the same story about what was going wrong with my car, but I was told by one person that they were ordering the parts and it would be at least 45 min- 1 hour until my car would be done, and then maybe 4 mins later I got a call back from the guy who wasn't even working with my car giving me an update letting me know the bulbs were getting put in as we speak and I could come on down, and then I got one more call from one of the gals letting me know it was done. (this was all within 5-8mins) There was just a lot of miscommunication and the entire situation was very frustrating. The prices are very reasonable and the people who work there all seem to be friendly and helpful, Im just not very happy with how difficult everything was made out to be.

Can't believe how dialed in Lex is on service, price and product! Best car servicing I've ever experienced. I've been going to the dealer for service and now I'm a full on convert. They must spend a lot of time and effort in staff training because they execute like a mother. They have internet coupons and make sure to check in there for a generous Yelp special! Totally satisfied and saved hundreds. 6/8/16 Brought my Leaf to install special order tire. As before the experience was excellent. This time I waited and happily sipped coffee wile watching TV. I also strolled around the shop and viewed the "Wall of deformed and dead tires" - a visual of different tire issues and explanation of the causes of each. Clean restroom. Free wifi. I could look through the shop window and see the work being done. Hanging on the wall are news clippings of the history of this business and awards for community service. Another 15% discount for checking in!

Quick service! Only negative was worker failed to put correct address on bill.

I had to fix my tire this morning because it had a nail in it. I took it in at 7 AM and it only took about an hour to get New tires. Great service!

Friendly employee, Cooper always doing a great job. He called me right away as soon as my vehicle done with the service, and I really appreciate that. Been here couple of times, always great service. Mahalo Cooper!
