Previously I had an appointment and it was overbooked so I cancelled. This time I made it in the morning and was helped promptly and my car went through in a timely manner. The service was great second time around. Thank you very much.

Very disappointed today just picked my son's car, spend almost $1000 and I asked how long is safety check she said 1hour waited almost two hrs and I asked the status the guys just went on break...really? These two months spends around $5000 to fixed my entire family at this place. I'm really disappointed that I ended up going home without safety check and my radio was on while I was waiting.

I'm very happy bringing my car here for any vehicle repairs. They do a very good job, polite, and always inform you of work to be done. I recommend this place highly.

I was able to get a next day appointment for a car safety inspection. The safety inspection was done in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I had one bad tire that wouldn't pass the inspection, so needed a minimum of two new tires. The different options were explained to me, although was done fairly quickly so a little difficult to grasp all my options. I ended up purchasing four new tires that were installed and aligned while I went shopping at Windward Mall. The process took a few minutes longer than the estimated time, but I appreciated being able to go home with new tires and my safety inspection completed.

THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW IN A WEEK. AFTER GOING TO THE COMPETITORS FOR QUOTES, WE ENDED UP AT LEX BRODIES TO PURCHASE TIRES FOR MY HUSBAND'S VEHICLE. THIS IS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND "BLOSSOM" WAS IN THE OFFICE TO ASSIST US. SHE WAS EFFICIENT AND POLITE TO ASSIST US IN PURCHASING TIRES THAT WERE IN STOCK AND REASONABLE PRICED. THE WAIT WAS NOT LONG AT ALL ... ALL IN ALL, MY HUSBAND & I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, THE EMPLOYEES, AND THE TIRES THAT REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE! I WOULD AGAIN RECOMMEND LEX BRODIES TO FAMILY & FRIENDS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I WAS AT LEX BRODIES ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO PURCHASE TIRES. THERE WERE ABOUT 8 PEOPLE BEFORE ME. THE GENTLEMAN (ROBERT) THAT SERVICED THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND POLITE. WHEN IT WAS MY TURN, I WAS ABLE TO GET TIRES AT A GOOD PRICE ESPECIALLY WITH THE ONLINE COUPONS. I WAS TOLD THE WAIT TIME WOULD BE ABOUT 2 HOURS BUT WAS ABLE TO GET MY CAR BACK BEFORE THE TIME. THE OFFICE STAFF (BLOSSOM) WAS ALSO VERY EFFICIENT & POLITE. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO SIGN ME UP FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM SO I COULD GET POINTS FOR MY PURCHASE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LEX BRODIES IN WAIPAHU TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH .... A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Love this place but after paying $400 to have my truck towed here left me a lil salty. Called them and told them what was the problem, he said no problem probably be around $300 to fix. Truck got there, said he could not help me, Said something about the cab having to come off. Called a guy in Kaneohe, towed the truck AGAIN, and had it fixed. No pulling the cab or the bed off. Had it fixed in 5 hours. They should probably look up the term 'Specialist", they throw that word around like they know what it means. Maybe "brake pad specialist" would be a better term.

Wow! This was the first time to bring my MINI here (Kaneohe shop) for service and I am very satisfied and will definitely make this the shop I use from now on. Gerard, the manager, was courteous and professional. A synthetic oil change cost me half the cost of other shops and they even rotated my tires for free! In addition, unlike other shops I've visited, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need done! And my car was ready at the time they had predicted. Oddly enough, I now find myself actually looking forward to the next time my car needs servicing!
