Amazingly quick and efficient car service. We went in for tires, and they also diagnosed an issue with my alignment. They have an amiable staff and a quick turn time, quicker than we expected! We were thrilled. Maile Otis was so wonderful to us, and made the experience that much better. 10/10.

We need to change the tire right away yesterday late afternoon and we just call Lex Brodies at 333 Kalihi location to make a appointment but you guys told us to bring in and we picked up this morning so we do not have any problem with our daily delivery schdules. Great speedy services .

Appointent was set for 12:00 pm. I arrived on time and was taking in and set up paperwork. Went to lounge area and after and hour and fifteen minutes went to look at status of job and truck was not even started on yet. They just pulled the truck into the bay.

Made my appointment online with a 10 dollar discount. I even printed out a quote. Brought my quote and discount coupon to the shop. 1 1/2 hours later my car was done I had replaced all 4 tires. My son even remarked at the speed of service. Everyone courteous and helpful. Zack took care of everything a big mahalo to him and his crew. I recommend that everyone get on the website and make an appointment for fast and efficient service.

I was greeted immediately by Vachelle, a sales rep. No waiting around to get someone's attention and that made me feel good. I booked my appointment online and it was super convenient. Wonderful same-day service was much appreciated! With a hectic schedule that requires a lot of time on the road, I was extremely happy that I could get my brake pads and rotors replaced right away. Barney was excellent and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Mahalo!

My car battery died on Friday of the Memorial Day weekend. Called all around and everyone was closed till Tuesday even the dealership that I got the car from. Cutter Dodge website say's they are open on Saturday so I expected them to be open. So I called and the sassy girl said "it's Memorial Day weekend so we're closed". So I gave up on them permanently and on Friday night, went to Lex Brodie's website. Made an online appointment since their website said they had an opening at 6:30 am Saturday. Woke up super early not sure if they would take me as sometimes sites aren't updated on a timely manner. I was the 2nd in line at 6:15 am and I was welcomed and relieved when they said they could take me in. Left my car to get some breakfast and returned around 8:30 to find the place fully PACKED with customers. I bet half of them had a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler too! My car was done by 9:30, made my 10:30 golf tee time! Plus I downloaded the $10.00 coupon which they accepted too! Bravo Lex Brodie! You are in a better place but your charges still carry on your famous customer service! You rock Lex!
