The overall service was excellent. The young African-American gentleman who worked on my tire was fast, efficient and very skilled. However, ... I do have a small complaint on the timing of them getting to my car. I was very short on time so I made a specific appointment at 7 am (the first available for the day) and arrived by 6:45 am. My car didn't move until almost 7:30 am. Once the gentleman got to my car, he completed the repairs within 15 minutes. He was wonderful. My experience still excellent but it would have been perfect if they could have gotten to my car at the scheduled time.

The service was great, but the waiting was long... That's why only four stars. They told me it's two hours, but it took three. Well, it means you guys have a lot of customers and take care each one of them. Thank you for your well done job!

Great, very fast job on fixing a screw embedded in my tire. I came in right before 5 pm but it was no problem. I was very pleased with the polite and prompt service.

I called for an appointment in advance, and when I showed up, my appointment wasn't in the system (I found out later that day that it was put in for the following day because I got an email reminder). The gal who helped me was very accommodating and fit me in regardless, and didn't give me attitude at all. She was even non-judgmental when I told her that I knew nothing about tires, had never gotten them changed before, and didn't scoff at me when I told her that my remote locks didn't work. Because of her lack of judgement and overall pleasant demeanor, I ended up having a great experience. I was even further amazed when my service was done in a super timely manner, and when I showed up to retrieve my car, several people made sure that I was being assisted and not just ignored. Everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves, unlike some other places I've been to *ahem*goodyear*ahem*. I will definitely come back to Lex Brodies and recommend them to anyone else who needs car, brakes, and tire service. Thanks for making it so easy for me!

Lex Brodie Aiea is the best. I had trouble with my car they diagnose the problem they left me with the a reasonable estimate and they worked with me to get discounts. On top of that the convenience of having a loaner really helped out the whole entire situation thank you Lex Brodie.
