Came in to store in the morning without an appointment and I was fortunate that they were able to take in my work company truck. After determining what needed to be done Lex Brodie's sent texts and emails communicating descriptions and even pictures/videos to help my boss and I to get some type of understanding of what needed to be done. Incredible service from start to finish to Ferdy and the team. They went above and beyond.

1- greated warmly & curtiously, 2- nice to be able to drop off in the afternoon, to be worked on the next day, 3- was called the next day with an estimate, before work being done, 4- was called and informed about other problems that eventually will need attention, 5- given a print out, and received an e- mail of all the work and cost of work that was done. 6- hopefully, vehicle will run well for a long time.

Disappointed. The tires were not inflated properly when I picked the car up and the metal valve covers had been lost and I had to request new ones. I could also not verify whether the alignment had been checked as requested. In the past I received written verification of everything. This time I got nothing. I am contemplating returning to have the work reviewed and verified. Wheels were also filthy and the paper floor mat was left in the car for me to get rid of. Horrible compared to the past.

The sales rep was nice. It would have been nice if they started by driving my car around to figure out the problem as opposed to just looking at it and saying there wasn't a problem. Once I finally convinced them to drive it around to hear the noise then they realized that the car wasn't fine and requires some repairs. Wasted my morning and then they couldn't pull my car in after they drove it because there wasn't a bay open. I couldn't wait around, so now I have to schedule another appointment and go back. I don't think it was any person's fault, but maybe just a lex brodies policy of not driving the car to figure out the issue.

On-line appointment was very easy. Workers were friendly and service, as always, was outstanding.

The service was good. It took a little longer than they had told me it would to replace my tires, but it was still done sooner than I expected going in.

Quoted me almost $1400 to change shifter cable for Nissan Titan. I asked why so much? Nissan dealer quoted @ $900 for parts & labor, Lex Brodie said due to 8 hrs of labor. They fixed my truck in 4 hrs but stated had 2 men work on my truck so price is still the same. What a RIP OFF. Never again!!!

Just got another alignment for my car and also 2 new tires . The service took awhile, but they were cool and gave me the yelp discount save me about 70 bucks. About 160 for alignment with 2 year warranty to get align again if feeling off. Which is worth it. Staff is cool and local friendly will be back mahaloz
