Amazing service, will recommend to all that are new to the island!!!

I can't say enough for the excellent service I received today and for the last 15 years I've been going. They take care of you just like you were their mom and dad... Special mahalo to Maile Otis for outstanding care and knowledge of her job and helping me understand everything about my old tires and guiding me on my purchase of new ones... Just an excellent company and Ohana!!!!!

Overall I received fairly good service - the staff was pleasant and performed good work. The only thing is I had an appointment time of 10:00am and when I got there, the staff mentioned that he will not be able to work on the car until noon. I went for breakfast across the street to kill some time.

I am so grateful to Lex Brodies, I came in last minute (5:45p). And they still made time to fix my flat tire, rotate all four, put on tire valve caps, balance etc. The Team were cordial, friendly, courteous, jus plain Professional! I was amazed and grateful that I decided to use your establishment to perform the work I needed. I am hooked! Keep up the good work! Thank you for your professionalism, for your Aloha!

Very disappointed! Waited nearly three hours yesterday to have two new tires and alignment. Cost almost $500 driving home the tire warning light came on so I am back waiting to see if the tech just rushed to finish or sold me defective tires. They are high volume so it's obvious no one cares

The team at the Waipahu location was great. The turn around time to fix my car was faster then I expected. The team seem to work well together. The only suggestion I would recommend is that having each person know the packages available and the cost of them. I was quoted about $700.00 plus but then a representative was looking over the person who was quoting me (billing me for each services separately and stated that there was a package for the services I was doing. The bill ended up being about $600.00. It this would not have happen I would of been overcharged.

I would have given 5 stars; however, I had to wait 5 hours and car was still not being serviced. I asked for a ride home because I had to be home before 2:30. I had a 9 AM appointment. This is the first time this has happened. On the good side, I got to meet some very interesting people to converse with.

Once again Lex Brodie's Pearlridge professional staff and mechanics have made my service experience non-stressful and pleasant. They are always patient in answering any questions I have. They work on my vehicle promptly and get me back on the road without long delays. So glad to have them so close to home. Mahalo!
