Very disappointed they didn't offer me their internet special charged my over $880.00 for 4 tires, Additionally to in my sons truck yesterday and they wanted to charge me $110.00 for a tail light part that I picked up from NAPA for $15.25 Do your research before going there.. Hard to recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact will recommend people to go elsewhere Would love to hear from them.. But I doubt if they even read this!!!!!

Made an appointment to have a Safety Check done. The car didn't get touched for 45 minutes. Why take appointments if you can not make it. Also why do I need to see a salesperson? Someone did the paperwork on my car, then I was referred to a salesperson. Seems slimy to me. The last time I took one of my cars for alignment the salesperson told me it couldn't be aligned and my car needed $1,200 of front end work. I had a mechanic I trust look at my car and it only needed $200 of work. Another time I took my tire for a flat repair and the salesperson told me I need to buy a new tire. I took it to the same mechanic and he fixed it for $20. I think Lex would be very sad to see that his business turned to a business you can not trust. Be careful when you take your care there.

When I called this morning, I was greeted by a pleasant girl. She answered my question and quickly set up an appointment. At the site, she was so cheerful, not an angry word or gesture. Even when she said that the printer wasn't working, she spoke so nicely to the tech support person. Safety check was done, but I had a problem with my insurance card. She explained what I had to do. I was so happy to have been served by her. I'm sorry, but I didn't get her name.
