Went to get 4 tires & alignment. Wait time initially was okay. Was told my car was ready after about 1hr 40m. Paid my bill and then was told that the alignment was not done. Waited another 40m then was told my car was ready. Got in my car & started it to find my tire pressure warning light lit. Was told that its common & that my sensor batteries may be low & may need to be changed soon. Lead mechanic came out & reset my sensor which put out the warning light. Although all the employees were very gracious it looked like they were not well coodinated in getting the work orders done professionally & expeditiously. Fortunately Iʻm very happy with my new tires.

Went in on 6/28/16 without an appointment but was promptly attended to and was able to have my tires checked and rotated. Very good service as usual.

Great service

The staff was very friendly. However, having to wait for four hours to get an oil change and safety check seems unreasonable. I had an appointment to bring the car in at 3:00 pm. I arrived at about 2:35 and didn't get out until after 7:00 pm.

It was a very friendly, polite, and relaxed atmosphere.

I would recommend others to bring their cars here for service. They do a excellent job and are reasonably priced compared to other places,.. I do have a Lexus IS 250 and the dealers are way over priced on their services.
