We walked into Sears needing to install tires. The associate checked us in at 7:59am and told us to have a seat. 2 hours pass to find out they did not even start on our car. My boyfriend was so furious on the I lack of communication to let us know they were not planning to work on it until 11:30. He called Lex Brodie's to have the associate say they will take us right now. Charges were the same and their service was excellent! 👍Thank you!!

I enjoyed working with Eddy. he is a great teacher; Bringing information to me and other good people who are like me when it comes to understanding your car and items that are very important for the function of your car. He makes it simple so I can relate to the function and how this part will help your car run much better. Safety first and trying to keep the labor cost down as much as possible. Mahalo, Brother Eddy. I am so disappointed of your service, I took my car for changing 4 tires in one time and oil change, my car was in a good condition, after I took it back my car is in a bad and weird condition, there is a really bad sound that I can hear so I called and they want me to take it back, and they said they can't figure it out what it is, this is my nightmare experience at your location and I will never ever comeback anymore and will never recommend your bad service I lost money and got a car with bad condition!!!

Friendly service, changed out all my tires but they were missing on tire so it took longer than expected. but other than than the quality and price of service is good cherreh!
