I was very pleased with the customer service here. I came in for a tire leak and got to meet the auto mechanic who was going to be working on my car. They completed the work very quickly and found that they were able to patch it. When I showed up at the end of the day, they handed me my keys and told me to have a good day -- I reminded them that I still needed to pay and they told me it was on the house! This was my first experience being a customer at Lex Brodie's but it will not be my last!

I needed just one tire ASAP and was on a tight schedule. I called Lex Brodie's and they took me in right at closing time with no hassles. Then I realized I needed a safety check after my tire was installed and they again with no hesitation took care of me! Thank you so much for your great attitudes and super friendly service.

Lex Brodie's really took care of me and my wife when our VW's timing belt shredded itself apart and caused catastrophic engine damage. Gerard called in a favor with Hertz rentals and we were able to have a car for the whole week and I was able to take my wife to the ER when we had an emergency. Without the rental, we would have been in trouble. Honest people doing hard honest work down at Lex Brodie's, well done all around. Thank you guys!
