Excellent service

Greatly disappointed in the service at the Kaneohe branch, called this morning asking for a quote to replace 2 new tires from one set of rims to the car's rim and was told to bring it into shop to see if it can be done. Huge mistake!!!! Got there about 430 pm and was told that due to the tires being made two years ago, they did not want to do the job per company's policy. The tires are brand new and on a different set of rims, but what disappointed me was the fact that their work-bays was empty and I felt like they did not want to assist me or make any type of sales for their company. However, I called Firestone and they are more than willing to assist me and help me get my brand new tires onto my vehicle. It just saddens me to know that such a well-know, well-respected local company would not take the time to explain the situation of the expiration date for a set of tires!

High praise for this location. They went out of their way to be helpful, work quickly and competently. Everyone was friendly and I had a great experience.
