As a long time customer, work was good as usual but took too long as being one of the first cars in (almost 5 hrs for safety check, oil change, and tire check/rotation) and no estimate for work is pretty sketchy way to do business. When did Lex Brodie start a policy to make you sign a waiver to no written estimate or call you for an estimate prior to work? I specifically requested a call to get an estimate but they did not which I assume was because they are too busy. This is not right.
