The friendly service I received from Leialoha was excellent and she did a great job of explaining the details of my car problem. The only reason I gave 4 Stars is I found the prices for the parts to be unusually high. Especially after I priced around both locally and on the Internet, and was able to find the same quality parts at much lower retail cost. I understand businesses need to make a profit, but patrons need to feed, clothe and shelter their families! Nearly $2,000 for R&P assembly, power steering pressure hose and front wheel realignment? Overkill!

I actually was shocked king me feel to see my tire had a piece of the outer layer of tire peeled off and the other 3 were vying for immediate replacement. I actually had a $10 coupon that you couldn't read the info but was pleasant surprised when they gave me a $100 discount on something I had to buy at any price!!!! They got in done is anywhere from 2-5 hours quicker than they estimated. The employees kept me posted and the office staff donned smiles making me feel like I did them a favor when they did me the favor by preventing an ancient when that disabled tire would have blown off leaving me, a 69 year old lady to change it out on the highway. Lex Brody's is the best on the island.

Great fast service. Came in on Wed morning as a walk in to get my safety check done. This was the only place in Kaneohe that even offered to take a walk in, and I called everywhere! In at 830 and done by 1015. Terriffic!

Quick and friendly.

It was great that Lex Brodie's was open on a Sunday afternoon during a holiday weekend. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than 5 stars is because it took 2.5 hours to replace the flat tire. They had a nice waiting room and free WiFi. The estimate was 90 minutes, so this seemed like a long time. The staff were friendly and helpful.
