Awesome service and followup. We at Automotive Concepts have been taking our customers vehicle's for alignment and tire service there the last 6 years. My customers are pleased. One of the assets at the Kalihi location is the technicians experience and easy/fast pull up check in system in place. Their cycle time management is second to none. Unbelievable service by friendly folks. Lex Brodie no ka oi!

Noticed a problem with my car and drove in to Lex Brodie's for assistance. Expected that they would give me an "appointment" for later, or the next day, but no! "We can take care of that now for you, if you'd like." Wow! I waited less than half an hour in their air conditioned lounge while they fixed my car, and was good to go! Everybody was polite, efficient and helpful (at least three employees passed me at one time or another and asked if I had been helped). Great service!!

I've always had good service over the years. Yesterday was good; except they forgot to work on the battery after rotation of my four tires I bought a while ago there. I waited 3 hours then went looking and found that the tires were done; but not the battery . . .
