Friendly and professional technicians as well as the service reps were very helpful and provided fast service. The technician knew exactly what needed to be done and suggested same and I trusted them. Thank you.

My first time as a customer: Checkin was efficient. Maile was very courteous. She told me of 4tire purchase discount that I may use next time. She mentioned that I should get the better tires since my car is heavier in the front; not sure how much that is the reason behind the recommendation though . Tire change area in plain view and displays made the wait interesting. A/c was the best. I would say that there should be more info, that is analysis of findings on the receipt so that we know what should be worked on in the future. Eg. Found tire tread to be x% remaining, or maybe what was checked such as checked/filled tires to spec pressure all around. I noticed the team check the spare tire pressure of another customer's - that kind of stuff would be better marketing of service exceeding expectations. Good job over all!
