My first time as a customer: Checkin was efficient. Maile was very courteous. She told me of 4tire purchase discount that I may use next time. She mentioned that I should get the better tires since my car is heavier in the front; not sure how much that is the reason behind the recommendation though . Tire change area in plain view and displays made the wait interesting. A/c was the best. I would say that there should be more info, that is analysis of findings on the receipt so that we know what should be worked on in the future. Eg. Found tire tread to be x% remaining, or maybe what was checked such as checked/filled tires to spec pressure all around. I noticed the team check the spare tire pressure of another customer's - that kind of stuff would be better marketing of service exceeding expectations. Good job over all!

I love a no non-sense get right to the point operation. Felt I need a wheel alignment, they checked, turned out I did not need one. Instead, I needed tires. At the time, a Saturday afternoon, they didn't have my size in stock. Good man helping me (Jim), says "I am back to work Tuesday, I will call our vendors and get your tires in-house by that afternoon". Sure enough, Jim calls me Tueaday by mid-morning, he scheduled me for Wednesday morning before even calling me. Love that. Good, friendly, very competent people. Service with a smile, and very fair pricing. What is not to like? Much aloha.
