They changed the tires I asked for, but when I got there I was told the wait wouldn't be more than 2 hours, so I waited. Then after the 2 hour mark went by, I went out to ask, they said it was almost done. After waiting for an additional 45 min I asked again if the car was done, and they said it's been done for a while, just no one came into the waiting room to tell me the car was done. When Vachelle (the sales woman who was supposed to "help" me) finally brought my car, after another girl told her the car has been done, she told me to make sure to call her on my next visit to get a huge discount for waiting. That is so rude. If it was your mistake for making me wait longer than I should've, why would I come back. I would actually like to speak to a manager about this!

Great customer service

Had a flat tire the other night while at home. Was able to put the spare on that night. Called Lex Brodie's in Waipahu the next morning to check their availability since that's the closest location to me. No problem they said, made an appointment at 9:30 and only waited about 40 minutes. Boom, repaired tire at a really good price. Life is back to normal again. Thanks Lex Brodie's!

They completed my vehicle inspection within 1 hour of arrival. I appreciate their expediting my inspection, even without an appointment!
