I went to your store and was advised to come back early the next day. I was having 4 lig nut locks removed and 4 new nuts put on. I waited 1 and a half hours then told the woman helping me I had an 10 o'clock appointment and had to leave. In that time nothing had been done. Several patrons who came after me had come and gone. The woman who helped me was very polite but nothing was done.

Excellent--I appreciate the text reminders and updates. And the phone call to inform me of my options. There was a woman who helped me. I think she said her name was Kelly or Ellie. She was wonderful.

Service was fair. Took our car in to repair 2 flats and had to wait close to 3 hours to repair the tires. The next day, we discovered that one of the tires that was repaired was still leaking. Had to take off the tire and put on the spare. Took repaired tire back to Lex Brodie and was informed they missed a puncture in the tire sidewall that couldn't be fixed. Ended up buyer a new tire. This was very inconvenient and expensive. Monitoring the other repaired tire and worry that it may still be leaking!

Didn't have an appointment but they were still able to take my car in. Got two new tires and requested to have my brake light changed. They forgot about the light so I had to come in the next morning, but they got that done quickly. Overall, had a great experience.

Easy! Breezy! Got my safety check at Lex's and it was quick and inexpensive ($20 with tax). Great crew. Many thanks.

I've always come to rely upon Lex Brodie for my tire needs. This particular Saturday, I was in a panic to find a location that could do a safety check. My safety check expired and I was in need to go on a military base for an evening party. Not only was Lex Brodie the only location that I could find that was open late on a Saturday, but they performed my safety check immediately. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I was in/out in less than 15 minutes. I am truly grateful.
