I visited Lex Brodie's Honolulu for brake fluid flush. The appointment was 8 am. I was expecting to get the service done sometime late afternoon, but I got a phone call just after 10 am. Of course it depends on how they are busy on a day, but I am really satisfied their quick service.

I have been a longtime Lex Brodie's Kaneohe customer. I have come to trust this company and their work over places like the dealership and other repair places for various reasons. I have seen management change over the years as well at LB Kaneohe. I will continue to be a LB customer because of the personable, quality, and professional service I always receive there. I want to thank all the hardworking people at LB for their work from the mechanics to the front office staff. The absolute best service. Charlie is magically working every time I come and she's so sweet and helpful. Everytime I come they are so quick and take really good care. Always a fair price too. Since I buy tires from them exclusively anytime I have a nail (which surprisingly happened a few times) they just repair it on the spot , no charge, no appointment necessary. I love Lex Brodies, Thank YOU very much!

Lex Brodie's is terrific. I brought my Tesla model 3 in for hopefully repair of a slow leak in a tire. I was prepared to buy one or two tires if need be. They pulled it off, water tested it, and found that the rim was cracked, not the tire being defective. They replaced the tire onto the car, directed me to Tesla dealer to get a new rim, and didn't charge me for the service. That's why I always go to Lex Brodie's for tires, because I trust them and know them to be totally honest and reliable!

The work was done quickly and efficiently and according to my reservation time.
