I had this amazing brotha named Kevin who helped me and he really worked well with my time, communicated well with me ,let me know if he needed more time. Got my appt in time before end of thursday! Got tire replaced and rim done and also had an alignment done. I think I will need to bring some homemade cornbread over! As a big thank you!!

I’m so thankful for the extremely helpful, kind, and patient employees at Lex Brodies Pearlridge. I discovered a nail in my tire yesterday evening. When I called Lex Brodies, Charlee was so helpful on the phone and told me I could come in and get my tire fixed, same day. When I arrived, despite the fact that they were closing in less than an hour and were very busy, Samson took my vehicle in for service with a smile. Charlee and Samson were so kind and patient unlike most places where employees are disgruntled when a new customer comes in close to closing time. Thank you Charlee and Samson for providing me excellent customer service and the technician for repairing my tire so quickly!

Dropped off vehicle for scheduled appointment. on 1/13/2024, the wrong part was received therefore nothing completed on day of appointment. Picked up vehicle and returned it on Monday 1/15/2024 to complete the replacement of the power steering hose. When completed the work was completed I picked up my vehicle. The steering wheel was no longer centered. I found the horn and bracket was not mounted and two of the original hose clamps for the power steering lines were missing. I returned to the shop and the items were addressed. Except for the steering alignment. Which after inspection both upper ball joints were noted as having excessive movement. My previous scheduled repair included the rack and pinion and front struts was completed recently and there was no mention of upper ball joints. Similarly the wrong part delayed repairs on the day scheduled needing a second day in the shop. I do think your shop does good work just a bit more attention to detail.
