I will only service my vehicle at the Pearlridge location due to excellent customer service by Jada. The mechanics are so knowledgeable and friendly. Should the service members relocate I will bring my services to another tire company. I believe the employees are the key that keeps customers coming back. I received excellent service on my tires.

Please stay away. I’m sure they are great for a wheel replacement. If you need anything more they will take 3 days longer than it would take, at which point you will charge you 1,900 more then you should just to have a major break down a mile or less down the road. When you tell them the part now broken was part of what they messed with they will charge you ten times more and take ten times longer to fix. Please take my advice and stay away. I thought I had found my lifetime garage, i however found a garage that will bend you over the barrel at any chance they get. Wether it’s poor employees or poor management. Doesn’t matter. They won’t do what they need to. Please please please choose anyone else on the island.

Please avoid at all costs. Other wise your costs will be in the thousands. You will bring a vehicle in for minor repairs, two days later you will have a random major breakdown costing thousands to replace. They will tell you it wasn’t there fault and anything else to get you to stay, at which point you will have another miraculous breakdown a mile down the road after leaving which will indeed cost you another thousand- 3 thousand. Do your self a favor and listen to my advice. Go with a place that stands by their work, not one that sabotages your vehicle so they can make another dollar.

I've rediscovered Lex over the past 12 months. I used to think Costco saved me money, but when I needed to replace a tire, I spent more time waiting. I've been to this location several times. Scheduling an appointment has been good, and service has been outstanding. I asked if they'd price match Costco, and they responded quickly with a quote. Just the day before, I was at Costco, and they couldn't schedule me until the following week. I had a nail in the tire shoulder, and my tires were old.

I couldn't have received more professional or courteous service! The BEST!
