My sister told me to go here as this is where she takes her car and seeing as I just moved to the island from the mainland I was not knowledgeable on good places to go to for car services and safety checks. Lex Brodies offers good prices, honest work, and efficient service (even when you walk in without an appointment!!). I appreciated them letting me know that I would have to get two new tires before passing the safety check and that they could do it all with alignment for well under $500!! They even put my new Hawaii plates in the car as I didn't have tools to do so!! Thanks all staff members, it was a pleasant experience. I will be back for future brake and tire services.

Came in to have my battery tested for anticipated replacement. Waited two hours. Was told it had to be replaced and was charged for a new battery. On leaving, the car behaved the same. At home, I opened the hood to check the battery and discovered that I still had the old battery. The battery leads did not look like they had been disturbed. On comparing the brand name on the old battery and that reflected on the LB invoice, they did not match. I returned to LB and upon confirmation, promptly got a full refund from the new manager. I asked the pleasant person who keyed in the transaction if it was a billing mistake or the fault of the person who was supposed to do the work, and she was told that the work slip indicated that the battery had been replaced. This could have been much worse if it had been a different type of unfixed problem. Also, based on the track playing on the mp3 player when I got in, the car had been driven. I've been a customer for some time, but am reconsidering my options for the future.

Well, we all know our roads are a mess, but Lex Brodie is always there to repair any damage to our tires. And since I bought my tires there, they fixed my flat for free! Thanks!

I thought the front reception personal was excellent. Chelsea went over everything very thoroughly. The service was faster than I had expected, considering I just dropped in without an appointment.

Great staff, very professional and friendly. I had a flat tire and needed to make my appointment. The staff let me drop off the tire for repair and called me as soon as it was ready. I showed up and they replaced the tire on the car and put the spare in the trunk. I look forward to use Lex Brodie's for all my auto tire needs.

My brake pedal effort seems more than before and brakes were slightly pulsing when stopping. I am wondering whether the brake pads and the rotors don't match and/or the surface wasn't done to spec.

Brought my car in for a full day's worth of stuff that needed looking at! Nail in a tyre, scheduled maintenance, safety check, and needed a diagnostic on our busted A/C. I thought it was going to be a long day solely based on whatever was needed for the A/C, so I scheduled for first thing in the morning at 8AM. We arrive 10 minutes late, but get rolling pretty smoothly! Drop the car off then cross the street to have breakfast with my mother and do some shopping. We return back at noon finished with shopping, and relax in the waiting area until the work is finished. By 1PM, I have realized my grave miscalculation for the day: Mom's patience. Once there are no longer things to do- like eat, go shopping, or take an afternoon nap- there is only Judge Judy to keep us company. I was ready for the car's work to potentially take a couple of days and a return trip. My mother was not. 2:30PM rolls around, and she's so ready to leave she's out looking for the car in the back of the shop. Lesson learned: even if the tyre gets patched up perfectly; the maintenance gets done without trouble; the safety inspection finishes with little trouble; and the A/C is well on its way to being fixed; if a little old lady has to sit and watch Judge Judy for an hour she will not be happy even if the car comes back a Rolls Royce.
