Friendly, honest service. This was my first visit to Lex Brodie, but it certainly won't be my last. I was told the day before after a 4 hour wait that my tire couldn't be fixed, I needed to buy a new tire. This is from the store I have previoulsy always purchased tires from. I went to Lex Brodie with the intention of buying that needed tire only to be told that the tire could be fixed and I didn't need to get a new one. The wait was a little longer that expected, but bearable with their comfortable air conditioned waiting room with Wifi, TV & reading material. Thank you very much Lex Brodie for the excellent service! You definately got a new, repeat customer.

Car suffered a flat, brought in to patch, was told there will be a wait but shortly after I noticed my car being pulled into shop. My front bumper has very low clearance and there was a dip, but it was driven carefully. In the mean time the ladies working there were very polite and helpful, I even signed up for their rewards program. Then I was called, and told it's not something they can patch because it's too close to the sidewall. They offered to help find a new tire but I had to leave, so they put extra air in my tire for me to make the drive home. Everything was free of charge. Good attitude and service like this is so rare nowadays, but it shouldn't be. Way to go Lex Brodie's.
