Friendly and efficient service - Lex Brodie's is always reliable.

I waited a really long time to get my car tires and brakes changed. It took over 8 hours. They kept giving me an estimated time when it will finish so I came back to get my car 3 times after I dropped it off at before 10am. I was able to finally drive my car away right before closing time of 6pm, but not before one of them drove off with my car for a test drive after my safety check was finished. And after I finished my safely check, they accidentally failed my safety check for the parking brake which was later checked and no issue was found. They didn't give me an option of choosing tires. He just chose them and charged me for them. Although they gave great customer service and tried to give as much discount as possible, they really inconvenienced me that day but I'm glad they were able to finish within the day although it took 8 hours. I hope the next time I come back, the procedures will be prompt.

Cooper was great. I came in for a safety check and to check a noise which turned out to be worn out bushings. My car was fixed and ready to go before the day's end and now drives very nicely without the clunking noise and my safety check was completed.

Jim was exceptional. He searched other stores to locate the michilin tire that i needed. Costco would have taken a minth to get the tire.

Had an appointment for safety check, took over an hour to get done. why should i wait that long if i had an appointment. i should of just walked in.

I called to inquire about a safety check that I needed right away. The info Inreceived over the phone was accurate, the service manager that helped me the next day was Efficient and service was quick!
