I walked into Lex Brodies with a bad attitude because I couldn't find the tires I needed at Costco (I was told they were cheaper there.) However, I was warmly received by Vachelle, who assured me they had the tires and I could come in anytime that same day. Not only were the tires cheaper at Lex Brodies (plus a $70 rebate I just sent in) - the service was exceptional. The women in the garage walked me through the tire selection process, and several mechanics I would recommend Lex Brodies to anyone, and will definitely be a lifelong customer from here on out.

Friendly service. I appreciated that my options were explained and the price on the website, quote over the phone and price quoted in person were all the same. Also appreciated that the most beneficial offers/discounts were applied without me having to bring it up.

When we got there, didn't really know what to do. It was our first time. I asked someone where to park then stood there with a confused look, then someone came to help. Really liked how there was a waiting room. When we were told everything was done, couldn't find our car and when we did, we didn't know how to get out of the place. It was a quick and fast safety check and it wasn't so bad.

Someone needs to clean the room though. Your staff is always the best customer service in town. The new guy who filled my low pressure tire last week is excellent!

Service was excellent. I received at least two updates phone calls on the status of my car. When I went to have the fixed tire put back on the car, the technician showed me the problem and took the time to teach me show me how to put back the spare in case I have to do it myself. Thank you. Staff is personable, friendly and informative.

Fast and convenient. My truck tires were changed out and the salesman recommended a different brand and style that is better for wet weather. His recommendation was perfect.
