Excellent service and the people there are nice and helpful.

Next time I won't come in on a Sunday. One mechanic and did not get my brakes done. From 9am to 3 and tgey close at 4. They did do good on my tires 1 hour, but I will definitely never schedule a Sunday appointment EVER.

I spent a lot of time inputting information into the on-line appointment program just to make an appointment to buy tires. However, when I got to the store, the clerk said he couldn't find my appointment in his computer and that their on-line appointment program did not work, so we spent more time reinputting the information I had already entered at home. What a waste of time and energy! Why have an appointment program if it doesn't work????? As for the work, I got new tires within an hour and the clerks were sufficiently courteous.

I commend my fellow Filipino employee whom I forgot his name who is very accommodating and always follows up what I'm up to... I was informed what's with the change oil package over the phone but if I didn't ask for tire rotation they would not have done it...

I work in the Sand Island area and have been going to this location for the past 15 years for all our tire problems - for my company's and my personal vehicle. The service is always excellent and the staff is very personable. I would recommend this location to everyone in the area.

Excellent service. I needed to get specific tires and I got it from other stores all in one day. Yes I paid more but it was worth it. I got both tires and safety check done within a few hours.
