I brought my vehicle in due to an engine light issue and my vehicle shaking while in drive and in idle. It took 3 days, with me initiating contact, regarding the status of my vehicle. I spoke with someone over the phone, and they had told me that they are ordering a part for a service that I was unaware of. I was not provided with an initial diagnostic or explanation of what the issues were. A few days later I received a call to pick-up my vehicle but was told that the hood was still up and the original price I was quoted for increased. When they finally brought my vehicle around, the engine light was still on and the car was still shaking. The front desk staff offered to take my vehicle back, and promised to keep me informed. Overall, there was nothing that could be done to fix my car, and I was offered a refund in exchange for putting back the old and broken part for it. The lack of effective communication has left me dissatisfied with the overall service. There was a noticeable delay in responding to my inquiries about the status of my vehicle, and when I did receive a response, it was vague and failed to provide any substantial information.
