I have a 1991 Camry (a car that will likely need regular service), and I asked about getting the A/C converted. I was told it probably wasn't possible, and the issue was ignored from there. No alternatives and no options were presented. I am willing to give my patronage and money to someone to fix my car up to and including replacement of the whole A/C system, but if you're not willing to make even a slight effort to fix it then there is nothing I can do. No issues with service on the tire repair that I initially came in for. Everyone was pleasant enough.

I had an altenator problem with my Toyota Camry this past Friday and managed to get my car into Lex Brodies before closing. Greeted by customer service was a relief and I left my car in their capable hands with an assurance I would be contacted on Saturday to discuss the quote to replace my altenator, and battery options. I picked up my car on Saturday, I did not have to change my battery and made it to the University of Hawaii football game....my car drives great!!

The person that checked me in was superior. Her communication in explaining and not overpselling was fantastic. As a female I am always leary of auto repair shops but I feel confident that my "baby" 1998 Toyota 4 Runner is in great hands. Aloha, I recently bought two tires for my "classic" Toyota Tercel, (1995!). I was happy that you had the tires I needed. Your store is so busy that I did have to wait 2.5 hours to get the tires put on. I'm writing this because I could have used better information about the service. The tires were put on the rear, which I should have been told about, and I'd asked to keep the good front right tire to use as spare, but I wasn't told that it wouldn't be usable as a spare, (no tube, rim). Also, listed on my receipt, as I noticed later, was a remark that I have a leaking part. I should have been told this and it turns out it was actually quite loose and dangerous, (a bearing I believe). When I left your store, there was a pronounced noise under the front end, so I returned two days later to have it checked. The fellow was nice, but gave me no useful information. I did get it fixed elsewhere and it was a dangerous issue. Bottom line: I wish I had received better communication and customer service. Even people with low budget cars can make recommendations to others.........and I'd prefer to make a good one.

On Monday 12 September I called Lex's to check on an appointment to have new tires, TMPS sensors and get an alignment conducted. The person answering the phone asked me a few questions and then stated can you bring you car in now as we currently have both personnel, time and resources to do what you need done. I got my car to Lex's at about 0900 and by noon I received a call my vehicle was complete, Safety Inspection was conducted and they had cleared the low pressure time light. To top all that off I received several discounts. Both the professionalism and personal touch was very pleasant, as in the pass Lex's came thru with outstanding results and at a reasonable price, it confirms why I do business at Lex's.
