Last September, they fixed our AC system for our Toyota Sienna. Now the same problem is back, and they won't honor their warranty because they claim that it is unrelated to the original repair. They tried to convince me that this has nothing to do with their previous work, but as someone who understands cars pretty well, I could easily see they were simply trying to charge me more money to fix a problem that they failed to fix properly the first time.
Aloha Ms. Lewis, I / we are very sorry for the delayed response. I was able to review the 2 invoices referred to. Is the problem still the same? Was it repaired elsewhere? (and if so, I would like to see if it was related to the repair from 9/16/2014.) Please email me a [email protected] so we can look into for you. "Thank You... Very Much!" for allowing us to serve you and for your patience. Sincerely, Scott D Williams Executive Director
