Wish I could give them negative stars. They are unable to even handle the simplest task of scheduling customers and jobs, they seldom answer the phone, and they have no respect for customers time. Then there's the incompetence. 3 visits totaling over 14 hours to fix new TPMS sensors they installed with new tires. They never worked more than a couple hundred miles. Schedules an appointment to replace them only to show up n time, wait 15 minutes to be seen, and then be told "oh we don't have any sensors right now". If you value your time and money...go somewhere else.

Staff always pleasant. Had to wait about 20 min before car was looked at for a safety check even though I had an appointment, but was out within an hour

I purchased four tires two months ago and one had a nail in it. They replaced it with a new tire and a small charge for warranty.

Normally very good but on this particular appointment I made my appointment online. I made it for 12:00PM. I asked how long it will take. I was told I have to pick up the car by 4:00 at the latest because it was just an oil change. I got a text at 12:30 saying my car was being serviced. I never got a call at 4:00 so I just headed down there. When I got there I was told that my car is still being worked on and it will be another 30 Mins. It ended up waiting or an hour and a half. After an hour and a half, I was the one of the only customers waiting so I asked again. Then they said its ready.. so why didn't they let me know earlier? I had somewhere to be and they over promised the situation without any communication with me. Very bad customer service.

Great service. Always top notch for years. The opposite of some others.

I had just come from my car dealership where they found a screw in my right front tire. I knew it was very last minute, but I drove over to your business. Seeing all the cars in the lot I thought oh boy, I'll have to wait forever, but they got to my car and had me out on the road in 2 hours like I had an appointment, which I did not. Totally satisfied with the service and it was free to boot. Who could ask for more.
