A bit of a wait to get my car checked in on a scheduled appointment - the staff was pretty busy but Kapua was courteous and even apologized for the delay. The techs diagnosed my brake noise issue and had my car turned around quickly after completing the recommended service. Very reasonable, considering what it would've taken to try to figure things out DIY. Mahalo, Lex Brodie's!

Called early in the morning to see if they could check my tires because the tire light came on. They booked me for a 10 am appointment but told me that I could drop my van off. The lady on the phone was so polite. My van was done BEFORE my appointment. The tire pressure was the issue and not the tire. They filled up the air for free. The guy was so nice about it. Instead of telling me to check the tire next time and put air…the service as excellent. I will always bring my cars to Lex Brodies.

I brought my Explorer in for a brake/rotor service. After inspection and consulting with Kapua and Maile, I decided to have both the brakes and rotors replaced. Work was completed in a very timely manner and my vehicle runs great. Kapua and Maile kept me updated on the progress of the repair and got the work completed earlier than originally promised. Very happy with the overall service and repair.

I've been a green fleet member w/2 other vehicles. I'll stay with green fleet for years to come. Great service.
