On taking in my Toyota Tacoma for service on 13 Feb Mailay noted to me that the brake lights were still "On" despite the car being turned Off and I explained that was an issue I intended to have the Toyota dealer fix later. During servicing the Supervisor, Keith, also became aware of the issue and offered to make an attempt to solve the problem by adjusting the sensor switch, which I agreed to and he fixed the problem at no extra charge. Then when the dash indicator light did not properly respond to the new tire valve the Tech, Johnnie, diagnosed the issue as needing a replacement of the sensor and offered to do the work there rather than have me take it to the Dealer. I agreed and when the part came in the next day, he installed it the following day and the two issues that were identified beyond the one initial problem, the tire indicator light, were resolved quickly and with no further charge for labor. I am a happy, satisfied customer.
