I was satisfied with my service. Vachelle was knowledgeable enough to answer my questions over the phone and able to book my appointment in a timely manner. When I ran into traffic, they still kept me on the schedule and allowed me to bring my car in and get the work done in a timely manner. They are very busy multitasking, answering phone calls and dealing with customers in person all at once. I would only suggest they focus on one customer at a time because I was almost done with my transaction as they started assisting another customer. I felt as if that took me more time waiting for them whereas I could have been done faster then they could assist the next customer. Overall though, very good customer service and my 4 new tires are working good.

after the bad experience on 7/7/17, Gerard (store manager) and Scott (Ex Dir) contacted me by phone and email on 7/8. Gerard's follow up was that the missing paperwork for my car was "found in another vehicle" at 7 p.m. on 7/7. Scott apologized and offered another $50 cash instead of the additional $20 Gerard mentioned on 7/7. check and previously mentioned $50 lex Brodie gift card were to be usps mailed to me within 7-10 business days. after 12 business days I hadn't received items. emailed scott who replied he would follow up. he replied later same day - no explanation for not receiving items but said items would be ready later that day - via usps mail or for me to pick up. I opted to pick up and did so today (7/29). included with check and lex Brodie gift card was gas gift card. I would have upgraded the rating to 3 stars if I hadn't had to follow up and had received the items as told. I appreciate Gerard and scott trying to make amends with increasing gifts but still would have rather had my car within the time promised. at this point, I am glad to have this incident over with. still deciding whether to go back in the future.

The experience was good. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and was greeted by a staff member that referred me to a sales person who had me on the way by 10:15. He contacted me before noon on the problems detected and an estimated cost. The car was ready by 3:00 PM. All staff were courteous and helpful.
