Went to get tires rotates and staff was very kind and was out in an hour.

Great work on this visit BUT more attention needs to be paid to detail. I had an oil change and the skid plate was not fastened. This meant it came off on the free way at speed. I had to return and have it fastened. The skid plate is not cheap (in-expensive) on this car. My steering wheel was greasy after service. I had been over charged by $60. I had also been over charged on a prior visit. This car requires a new drain plug gasket on each oil change and the gasket has not been changed.

Fantastic place. We take all our cars here for service. This time our car had broke down and was towed to Lex Brodies. I called beforehand and was told they could fix it and even given a tow truck phone number. Jack Belford was our sales agent that met us when the tow truck arrived. He was kind and courteous. Needed to get my brakes fixed on our family van and was more than happy with the service down at Lex Brodies.
