Very excellent service when I first drove in with a flat tire and you replaced it with the spare to allow me to drive while I went home to discuss the tire replacement options with my wife. Decided to go with all 4 instead of two. Will recommend Lex Brodie to the world. thanks for the service.

Just putting a note on the LB Honolulu Yelp! site to compliment and commend their employee, Maile Otis, for stellar customer service...though I received her help at the Kaneohe LB last Friday, 4 Aug17! (I understand she was filling in.) I came in at 7am to get an oil change and safety check, and Maile scheduled a pick-up time so I could keep a medical appointment later that morning. She phoned me 20 mins before scheduled pick-up and, since I was walking between LB and home, I appreciated the extra time! Maile also explained the benefits of a synthetic oil change, which I got. I intend to go back to the Kaneohe Lex Brodie's again because of their great service! Can't help but hope Maile's filling in there when I go back. She was super nice and very adept at explaining answers to various questions. Overall, a great experience from a superb LB representative. Mahalo Maile and LB! Deborah

Efficient and friendly service! Plus myself and others with appointments enjoyed watching the keiki hula competition being shown on the waiting room TV.

The Lex Brodie crew was helpful and courteous. They fixed the flat tire in no time and at no charge. When you buy tires from Lex Brodie, you have a peace of mind that they will take care of you.

I was very disappointed my entire appointment took 5 1/2 hours all I needed was a safety check Tire rotation and to check a problem code on my car and there was also a problem with the front brakes the hardware kit was rubbing so it needed to be adjusted and I waited the entire time, weeks before I had my front brakes done and it only took 2 hours for a complete front brake job. When they said my car was done I asked them for the safety check sticker they said it was on and I pointed to the car it was not on. When I asked him to check a check engine code on the engine it had not been done It took an additional hour and a half to check the code and in doing so they said their code checker couldn't check it and that I needed to take it back to the dealer. Now here's my issue I understand you're busy but that being the case not once did anybody come up to me and say Mr. Look maybe you should come back later because we're not sure how long it's going to take not one person came to me to advise me of such being the situation, I was originally told it was going to only take about 2 1/2 hours however it took 5 1/2 hours and every step of the way I had to remind them where's the safety check sticker for my car oh sorry we forgot to put that on, Did you check the engine light oh sorry we didn't do that yet will get to it now, very disappointed Also because I was there for such a long time don't you think you should've had more people working on my car to expedite the job? didn't happen very disappointed Carlson Look
