I have been a Lex Brodie's Kaneohe customer over 20 years and with several different cars. It's been like a real relationship - happy times, thankful times and downright disappointed and angry times with them, but all in all I appreciate having Lex Brodie's in my home town and like the current staff there. I called on this Statehood Holiday inquiring on tire prices, since I already had quotes for my Mustang from Windward Ford and Costco. Spoke with Sales Associate, Vachelle Heyward, whose sales style over the phone was just as easy and professional in person. She offered several different promos and I ended up buying 4 Toyo tires and joining the rewards program (so am looking forward to getting a $50 Amazon gift card in a couple months from the Toyo promo!). I had a 4pm appointment, so waited in the air-conditioned TV room watching mindless reality TV some gypsy wedding show with lots of drama and bright blingy dresses, eating my 7-11 bento and trusting that they were taking care of my baby out there. I was happily surprised when Vachelle came in telling me the free alignment check showed my car was fine, didn't need an alignment and they were ready to put the tires on! What?! An honest car shop not trying to get another easy hun from a possibly ignorant customer? Heh! Heh! Well, they were done right before 6pm and Jordan helped me with signing up for the rewards program on my cellphone (you need your customer ID# off your invoice). The price I paid in the end is the price Vachelle quoted me on the phone this morning - no surprises! The drive home felt great, and it feels wonderful knowing that if the tires fail for any reason, I can easily return to the store for assistance and they get right on it. So, THANK YOU... VERY MUCH Kaneohe store, keep it 100 and you will continue to have loyal customers and continue to be recognized with industry rewards :)

Always excellent service

I have been a long time Lex Brodie's Kaneohe customer and we have been through a lot together: good and bad. I like buying tires from them vs the competition because they have a competitive selection, provide comprehensive warranty service and have always been there for us when we had a slow leak or had to fix a flat. I just bought 4 Toyo tires today for my Mustang and am happy with the service I received from the first phone call with Vachelle when I called to get a quote. Kaneohe store is convenient, has professional service and they are friendly and helpful when I need to stop in on my way to work to check the air pressure and fill the tires up. Mahalo very much gang, keep up the great work!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! They took my car right away and repaired my tire that was leaking from a nail free of charge. They greeted me with a smile and turned around my stressful situation. Thank you Lex Brodie's very much!
