Excellent service.

Just had my tire checked for a bent air stem. At that time their technician found a screw lodged into my tire! No problem! Got all of this taken care fast so I could enjoy the rest of the Sunday afternoon. I knew they had great service because I had done my brakes and oil change a couple months ago. They also have a military discount which I'm grateful for!!!!!(retired 26 yrs. U.S Army and Hawaii Army National Guard)

Surprisingly quick safety check. They put paper on the floor to keep the mat clean.

Kalihi location is very efficient and staff is so nice. When I spoke with staff and told them that I needed new tires today due to a flat tire, they immediately got the tires I needed from the warehouse. They were understanding and quick. Zac reviewed the options for tire and which would be better for my car. He also suggested that they assess the alignment and would do it if needed. Zac was great!

Got there a few minutes before they opened and thought I would sit and read until opening but the moment I pulled in someone came to help me- my car was delivered at the time they said it would be- when I returned to pick it up, I was helped by a man who told me the cashiers in blue would be right with me- when they weren't he proceeded to check me out- fabulous service and Hawaiian Air miles as a reward- defintely earned a return customer!

I brought my brand new car into the shop with a nail in one tire. Had that taken care fast and efficiently. There was a puncture and it was repaired. Thank you Lex Brodie

Always happy with their service. Today we went in for a tire rotation, alignment and TPMS replacement (batteries were dead). Dropped off our car at 9:30am and by 12:10pm, they were done. Awesome service! They always greet you with a smile.
