Courteous and quick service!

Excellent customer service. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I made an appointment for a safety check. When I arrived, they told me it would take 1.5 hours. I thought that was a little odd, especially since they have on online appointment system. It took 1 hour. That was OK, but seems to me that the purpose of an online system is to predict and schedule work so that it can be done efficiently. Facilities are a little run-down. Waiting room and display areas are dirty and not well-kept. They could make a better statement by cleaning things up and presenting a nicer store. I've been using Lex Brodie's since the 70s. I have to say that service and follow-up were better in the old days, when Lex was running things personally. With some effort, the company can return to that level of service and excellence.

Very quick - due to a lighter customer load I was in and out within half an hour for my tire change. Always pleased with their service!
