On September 14 I was driving in Kahaluu and ran over a nail -_- those type of days. I called firestone & Goodyear, both had no openings. In fact, Goodyear was trying to say my car needs to stay over night (FORGET THAT). All I needed was to get my tire fixed. I then yelped places and seen Lex Brodies in Kaneohe. I called and a guy named Ben answered (I really hope I got his name right) Anyways they told me they had an opening but we're a little booked so it would be about 2 hours. I had no problem with that! My son and I walked over to the mall . After about an hour i got a call from them, they couldn't find my lock for the wheel :( my nana (owner of the car) took it out for some odd reason. So this meant I wouldn't be able to fix it that day. Ben was so kind and said he will be able to take it in first thing in the morning if I came at 7 a.m. I was so stoked! Needed it fixed before the weekend. I arrived at 7 a.m. and as promised Ben took my car right in!!! Lex Brodies is awesome,professional, and has great customer service! I recommend everyone to come here :)))) In regards to employee lunch promo: Ben deserves 2 lunches :) super satisfied with my visit! (I really hope his name was Ben, I was kind of in a rush so forgot to write it down. He has red hair and a red beard I believe) THANKS GUYS

Friendly, polite, professional, thorough. The folks at Lex Brodie's make getting new tires a happy experience, and their air conditioned waiting room with hot coffee and comfortable chairs doesn't hurt either!

Same old, same old. About 4 years ago I went in for rotation and alignment. Had a 2 PM "appointment", so I read a book in waiting room for an hour, only to come out and find that they hadn't even started on the car! Despite my better judgment and not wanting to pay BMW Honolulu's exorbitant prices [I have a Z4], I went back today as I needed new tires. Again had an "appointment" for 10:30 and had been assured tires were in stock. Car AGAIN did not even get on rack until over an hour...and then they put down wrong item # so had to wait while a guy did a supply run to HNL. Over 4 hours for what should've been 1.5 hrs. The manager did knock off some $$ but I'll never get that time back and at 67 I'm keenly aware of wasted time. Don't believe them if they offer you an "appointment."

Really great customer service! I called to schedule an oil change and patch/repair my tire because I had a screw in it. I showed up for my appointment and had to run errands around the area so I told them they could take their time but they were actually pretty quick with everything despite seeming to be very busy with other customers. When I came to pick up my car they told me they didn't charge me for my tire repair because the screw didn't actually puncture the tire. Awesome news for me and I thought it was great that they were honest. I'm sure they could've charged me and told me they patched it. All the staff was also very friendly and offered to help me with getting my two young kids and the bus (double stroller) in the car. I thought that was nice. They all seem very genuine and I left a happy customer.

I have had so many issues with my car this year and Triple A and Lex Brodie have been there to make stressful situations manageable. The staff is friendly, helpful and understanding. Call in appointments for oil change is best. I never have to worry about being scammed or misinformed here. I know everything will be taken care of when I drop off here.

Great customer service and a quick turn around!

Convenient, fast and accurate. Called at 0945 to see if there were any openings for a wheel alignment for my 04 Tacoma, Leimomi said there were openings in the morning starting at 1030, 1130 and a few times in the afternoon. I opted for the 1030. I got there on time. The technicians started on my truck immediately and before I could finish my free coffee my truck was ready at 1101. Granted my truck's alignment was OK and problably only needed minor adjustments, but with new stock rims and tires just wanted to have it looked at. Drove away knowing my new tires won't wear out prematurely.

Brought my "new" used care in for a diagnostic check. Team was on top of their game and found a tire that was damaged. Bought a complete set of Michelin's with an awesome package deal. Ready to roll!
