I recently had my annual oil change done at their downtown location. I got a call from Hannah saying they couldn't find the appropriate oil filter in stock but it was being ordered. When I got there to pick up my car, she said it still hadn't come in but would call me the next day when it did. They put the old filter back on the car. Sure enough, Hannah called me to it was there and for me to bring in the car. I did and while I was there, Gerard (one of the managers) told me there was no charge for the oil service because I was inconvenienced. Can you believe that! I drove out of there a very happy camper. The next week I returned to have my wheels aligned as they found something amiss the previous week. Use their on-line scheduling program and you get a $10.00 off coupon for work done. It's great. Again, great customer service by the staff.

I came in today to get my car safety inspection done. I was irritated that they fail me today and then passing me once I got my tint issue fixed. I was told that my tint was too dark on the back and so I had to replace it to the legal tint which is 35% in order to pass. Coming from the mainland last year, I came to the same spot and they passed me with my 18-20% tints last year. Now all of the sudden they decided to fail me. I understand now that the state of Hawaii is 35% but I wish they corrected the issue last year when I got it done instead of telling me a later that the state legal. I had to dish out $230 to remove and replace my back tints just to pass. Customer service was good. I couldn't really complain about that. I wish they pointed out to another tint shop or recommended me that could help me get my tints fixed for under 200. at the end of the day, it's better to get it right and then let it bite me in the ass.

How long does it take for safety inspection when you have an appointment? It took 3 hours!! They made me wait 3 hours in the waiting room. It turned out the car was ready but no one notified me. Moreover they charge me wrong car first. Smh. What the h is going on? I thought this place was good but not any more. "How was your visit?" Terrible.

I took my car to Lex Brodies on Queen Street. I got there early before they opened and was greeted by Jim. He took me in right a way and set everything up for me so I could leave my car and go to work. Jim was very professional, knowlegable, friendly and helpful. Even though he was obviously very busy he took the time to call me later in the day with an update on my car repair. When I returned to pick up my car Jim was with another customer but other staff were also very helpful in getting me on my way. Thanks Lex Brodie, you are guys did a great job on my car and made the repair experience very pleasant for me.

My hat of much appreciation goes out to Mandy, Chelsea, and the Lex Brodies mechanic who worked on my daughter's Nissan Altima. First, Mandy had such a heart for understanding my concerns about the vehicle and ensuring it gets total attention. After speaking with her a few times, I had total confidence my vehicle would receive the proper care. When Mandy wasn't in, Chelsea stepped in and carried on to provide that reassurance. The cost was so reasonable, and I was tremendously grateful that I wasn't taken advantage of. The car is running well! Not only is Lex Brodies the family doctor for vehicles, but the staff has awesome bedside manners. Thanks, Lex Brodies!

Great people and service

Customer service was very helpful and they look out for their customers...want to help with the best prices and discounts available. John helped me on the phone and Ben helped check me out. With all the discounts they told me to check out, I was able to save $96!!

Like always, Lex Brodies has excellent service and the employees were very helpful and finished my tires in a great amount of time. I definitely recommend Lex Brodies and I would refer to it again if anything happened to my tires et cetera again. I very much appreciate the great service I got on this visit.
