Happy customer!!

I took my vehicle to the Queen Street location for my safety check. I was told the safety check would take about 1 1/2 hours. About 30 minutes later my safety check was done. The process from making my appointment over the phone for my safety check to waiting for my safety check to be finished was painless. Thank lex brodies for a smooth process!

This is my 2nd time going to this Lex Brodie location. This time I had Kevin P help me. My wife's car needed an oil change, tire rotation, spark plug change, and brake fluid flush. When I came to pick up the car, the invoice had everything checked off my list except the mechanic added brake fluid instead of flushing it. The manager, Kyle A, went to inquire with the mechanic who worked on the car to ask about the brake fluid. Turns out it wasn't done. Kyle gave me his card and said, "bring it back, and I'll discount the service for you next time." A bit of a disappointment, but I had to bring my wife's car in for the state safety check 2 weeks later anyway. Brought it in today, and Kevin P remembered my face, car, and that he needed to flush the brake fluid this time. Lex Brodie made it pono by not even charging me for the brake flush even though I would've paid for it since our car needed it.

Excellent service! Went in at 4:15, and was out before 5, with a leaking tire. Everyone was courteous and very clearly working hard to get customers in and out as soon as possible. Much appreciated!!!

Maile O. was helpful and kept me informed throughout my wait, which was several hours long because of the services I requested. The service and quality of tires that I bought here are superior to another vendor in town that I used to go to. I also love the ease of booking an appointment online and the variety of coupons offered. The service line is a little chaotic, with other customers unintentionally "cutting" because it's hard to see where to stand in line, but the staff managed to be observant and help customers in the order we arrived.

The staff here is fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me with a nail in my tire. Mahalo!

Waited for forty five minutes before was asked for the to unlock the nuts on my mini. I was told it would take an hour to rotate my tires. I said you've been looking for that too all this time? She said no we're waiting for rack. Well there were no cars in lot when I arrived at 9. Then I find out they broke one of locking nuts and need to get one for the mini dealer. So I told them if them drive me home they could have car for day and align the wheels. They said it was great. We'll come to find out my too to unlock the licking nuts is broken so the just rotated two wheels and need to d do the other when too comes in. I don't understands hope you're can align the wheels when two wheels will be rotated.

Junior was very helpful. The wait was not overly long. I had my tire pressure checked the weekend before and that technician was pleasant and very efficient too. Thank you!

Went in to Lex Brodie's yesterday morning at 7am . USO Cooper greeted tow truck driver and myself and asked how he could help us. Cooper was awesome and really made my day. Service was fast and they did a great job on fixing my TPMS, tires and he fixed the stuck spare under the car. Highly recommend this Lex Brodie's and go see USO Cooper.. Fa'afetai Tele Lava...
