great service as usual

Lex Brodie's has been here long before my time, is still going strong and is sure to be around long after my time. I believe this because of one reason: quality work and great service. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I appreciate that they're always well stocked with parts and tires. There have been many times that I'd call around looking for particular parts to no avail, only to find that they have it here on hand. We've come here to service our tires many times and love that they back their work and product quality. Their customer service is excellent as well. They're willing to answer any and all questions you have patiently and politely and it always goes a long way in making customers feel comfortable. I recently had to change out my two front tires so I called around looking for the right size. Costco was out of stock (yes, I'm always looking for the savings) so naturally the next place I called was LB's and, of course, they had my size in stock. We discussed the different brands and prices and then I made my appointment for the next day. I was checked in right away and after reviewing my brand choice and price quoted, I gave them my key and went to the waiting room to wait for my service to finish. After about an hour or so, the technician came to get me but instead of cashing me out, he lead me out to my car to show me my other two tires. He said that he did a quick check after he changed my front two and noticed that my rear two were already starting to crack on the inside. Being that the damage was on the inside, I never would've seen it myself so I was glad that he took the time to take a look. The wear and tear was very obvious so he urged me to get them changed right then and there too. We walked to the computer and he looked up two more tires, and because he knew that I was only expecting to pay the cost of the first two tires on that day, he applied all the deductions he possibly could to ease the burden of the unexpected added expense. I appreciated this so much. He managed to save me about $200 and I was all set. I was ready to pay $750 for the first two tires. Then with the other two tires, this would've doubled to about $1400 or so. With his discounts, I ended up paying less than $1200. I was pretty stoked. Although $1200 is a good chunk of change, nothing beats the feeling of safety on the road so I didn't sweat it. I was back on the road in about 2 hours. I can't say enough about how comfortable and confident I am in their work and service. They've never steered me wrong and I've always felt that I've gotten excellence at a great price. I can always count on them to keep the Aloha going.

I had flat tire since Sunday and I called AAA but they couldn't take my tires out to replace with the spare, and to my luck my spare is flat too as it is 10 years old! I called Lex Brodie today at Queen Street for an appointment and i got luck to get in with short notice. I got there a bit earlier than my appointment and they accommodated me right away, all smiles and no fuzz even though i can see how busy they are, they told me an hour, i waited at their lounge room and not even one hour they fixed my tire. They even answered all my concerns with my car and a mechanic even help me inspect my car and answer my questions. I am really impressed! i used to think to just come here for "emergency" kind of situations, but now i think i'll be coming here for all my car service needs. Thank you to the crews and staff, you made my day a bit brighter!

We love the folks at Lex Brodie's. They are always upbeat, friendly and chill. I was asked multiple times by different staff if I needed help. My new favorite is JIM! He gave me a safety check and called me when he saw my insurance card was expired. I thought I'd have to go through a big deal and he'd just roll his eyes at me. Jim was so nice and just looked at my insurance card on my phone and all was well. He even changed TWO light bulbs that were out near my license plate for FREE. I always leave there feeling good. Thank you very much!!

As usual, received excellent service. Just drove in and requested a "tire light on check." Ben was very helpful. Received a call from Ben later explaining what they found. I needed to replace 2 tires. They also checked and realigned my vehicle since I purchased a 2 year alignment on my last visit and tire change.
