I came into the Kaneohe location with a tire that was badly leaking air. The guys were very reassuring and helpful. They called as soon as they realized it was not fixable and installed my spare at no charge. In my otherwise stressful afternoon, this was a consolation.

The service is quick and personal. The service writers are versy proficient and the tech workers never slow down.

Brought my vehicle in because the coolant level was dropping. Checked the hoses and other obvious areas for leaks but did see any. Mechanic found a defective bypass water pump cap and replaced it. Was back on the road in about 3 hours.

The service was fine, but when I got in my car to drive home, it wouldn't start. I then found out that they had to jump start it 3 times while they were working on it, but they didn't bother to check the battery or let me know about it.

Great service, decent enough waiting room

Would have been 5 stars if my oil change didn't take 2 hours. I was expecting 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours max like how they estimated. And it would have also been nice if they told me what they did, other than just change the oil...example: did they top all my fluids off? check my tire pressure? They did check other stuffs that I am thankful of, such as tell me my battery was low, and that one of my gaskets was leaking. But the other things that I mentioned would have given me peace of mind since I forgot to ask.

The Waipahu Team was very quick and very friendly to work with. Luv them!!!!
