Super easy booking system, friendly staff and great customer service overall

I will always recommend Lex Brodie for nearly all automotive needs and repairs. The folks there will never recommend service you don't need. I'd rather pay an honest person a few bucks than try to "save" money with some of the other independent auto services. I'm not sure who the person was that initially checked my car but he was handling a bunch of different things at the same time (around 9:15am). Essentially multi-tasking with only 2 hands and his head. The person that cashed me out was also doing a multi-tasking role. Buy these folks lunch :)

The service I received for repairing a tire was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and performed professionally, especially Blossom. Hope she gets a free lunch.

Found a nail in my tire while in Hawaii Kai. It is 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon today. The only place I can think of to help me is Lex Brodie Waipahu. I reach there at 3:30. Samson is the servicing agent. I tell him I see the nail. He checks me in- I have been here before many times. He brings a tool, goes to the car, takes it out and says nail didn’t do anything damage. He says tire is fine and sends me on my way. I’m relieved. Where can you go Sunday afternoon and some one will help you in your time of need? I could only think of Lex Brodie’s. Thank you… very much!
